In case of return please take note of the details outlined below. Our customer support team is at your service to helpfully respond to any of your requests.
All returns and refunds are evaluated on a per-case basis. We require that all items returned are:
- all manufacturer’s tags are intact
- no smells, stains or damage — in a resellable condition as if bought new
- clear outline of reasons for return filled out on a printed returns form included with parcel
14 days to return the product
You have a period of fourteen (14) working days from the reception of the articles to declare your wish to retract.
This withdrawal period runs from the date you physically took possession of the item(s), i.e. when you received the delivered order.
We have the option to defer the refund until we receive the items or until you have provided adequate proof of shipping the items.
Once the products have been received and the return validated by our teams, you will be reimbursed up to the price of each item paid when you order within 14 days of our having received the parcel.
Any refunds if granted will be made according to the same method of payment used during your transaction.
No exchange of items will be made. If you want to change colour, size or model, you will need to return the product and reorder on our website. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Make a return with FedEx
To make a return you must first complete the return request form on our website (if you have an account with us, you can also find the link to this return request form in your My Account > Orders list). Once you have filled in and completed the form, we will receive it by email.
After that you will receive by email all the documents needed for the returns. It is required that you print these documents and secure them on the outside parcel. Then, you will be able to drop off your package at the FedEx office or schedule a pick-up via their website or their telephone service.
If returning with FedEx then no extra delivery expenses will be incurred for the return of the articles.
Make a return with another carrier
If FedEx does not serve your area or you wish to opt for another carrier, you will be asked to arrange for a shipment with acknowledgment of receipt (a proof of your shipment).

Once your return has shipped, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com when it was sent and if there is a tracking number.
If not shipping by FedEx, returns will be at your expense. Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping fees — we apologise for any inconvenience.
