Franck Namani sizes are Italian sizes. Consult the size guides available on each product sheet to determine the size that suits you.

We are also considering the possibility of creating an account in sync with Facebook/Gmail, and the option to "Check out as a guest".

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
After validation of item availability by our teams, you will receive a second email confirming that your order is being processed.

Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of items in our Paris branches, generally between 1 and 3 working days.
For payments made with Apple Pay, please allow an additional 5 business days due to money transfer delays.

Orders are shipped during business hours 10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, ranging from 1 to 3 working days for France, 5 to 7 working days for the French Overseas Territories, and 4-6 working days for Europe and internationally.

If you live in France, you can opt for our Click and Collect service and collect your order in store.
We will prepare your order carefully and you can then collect it in person by appointment in our Paris George V boutique or our Paris Castiglione boutique upon presentation of your order confirmation email. Specify for the English version (London) + location at Geneva
