All orders are carefully hand-prepared by our customer support team. We ship all orders with FedEx, an internationally renowned delivery company and service.
Click and Collect
If you live in Paris or France, you can opt for “Click and Collect”. We prepare your order with care and you can pick up by appointment in our Paris George V boutique or our Paris Castiglione boutique.
The shipping and returns cost are offered.
The delivery times indicated above are indicative, they not take into account any delays that may occur during the delivery of your package.
Franck Namani is based in France, so if you reside outside of France then you may need to pay any additional customs taxes and duties for your order.
All orders are prepared during business hours of 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (UTC+01:00, Central Eastern Time).
All orders are shipped with FedEx:
- For domestic orders within France, we use FedEx Priority Overnight
- For international orders we use FedEx International Economy
Depending on the shipping destination, delivery times may vary:
- For shipments within France: 24 to 72 hours
- For shipments in DOM-TOM: 5 to 7 business days
- For Europe and International shipments: 4-6 business days
FedEx does not currently deliver to these countries:
Central African Republic, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, Mayotte, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, São Tomé and Príncipe, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Yemen
Track your package
Once FedEx takes your order, an email will be sent to inform you that your order is on its way. You will also receive a tracking number to the email address you entered when creating the order. You can track in real time the progress of your package on FedEx’s website.
Receipt of the package
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address marked on your order.
To take possession of your parcel, it will be necessary to sign for acknowledgment of receipt. Please remember to be available and reachable on the delivery day.
If your shipping qualifies for FedEx Delivery Manager, you can choose to change the date and location of delivery. For your shipping to qualify for FedEx Delivery Manager, you must reside within a supported destination and on your order have entered:
- An email address
- A mobile phone
- No company name (leave it empty) since it is a consumer-only service
Due to the exclusive nature of our materials, we cannot guarantee that you can order everything on our website.
FedEx has a policy to not deliver products made from protected species. Our mink and chinchilla products fall under these categories.
Additionally, international shipments of products containing crocodile are very restricted, namely to United States. This means that customers who are located in France are only able to order any product that contains crocodile.
If you attempt to order any products that contain the above restricted materials and have them shipped to a destination which is not supported, you will receive a notice during checkout and will not be able to complete your order.
